I carefully searched for the right place to switch all tapes, VCR, Beta, VHS and some smaller ones to digital. I was hesitant as they had to be mailed and we all know things can and do go wrong. The folks were very nice when I called to ask some details. So-- I packaged a lifetimes worth of movies in several boxes, and sent them off. I was so pleased I was able to track my items from that point on. In the mail, arrival, hold, thru various departments for processing, handling, and finally back to me! I love my digital copies! Everything went perfect----and my originals were also returned in the same condition as when they were sent off. Watch for coupons for your best deals!
