They NEVER answer! I ve called for a month all at different times and the front desk person never picks up. Today I tried calling all extensions and no one picked up. What is wrong with this place???

Also, turns out my apartments were charging me a gas fee for three years and now that I moved out, SoCal gas is charging me for almost three years of gas too. What is wrong with this company????
