I feel bad giving this only one star as what littl...

I feel bad giving this only one star as what little we saw of the Don Mc Cullin exhibition was excellent but the entire experience was utterly horrible. My husband, who recently has suffered a brain injury and ptsd as a result of injury has adores McCullin for many years but his excitement at his new exhibition was overwhelmed with concern at the thought of how busy and packed this would be. He was reassured and his mind put at ease when we noted that tickets were available in small amounts (allegedly) for specific time slots. I booked us for yesterday session and what an awful and unpleasant experience it was for us all. Clearly the number of people jammed in there would have been in breach of health and safety and there were far too many people crammed into tiny rooms to looks at McCullins stunning but tiny photographs. The net result of this was a visit cut short owing to a panicked husband as a result of the overwhelming crowds, and what small amount of the exhibition was observed was seem over lines of people 6-8 people deep - it's lucky we are tall. Very unenjoyable and horrible set up. Sit at home and Google McCullins work - you will have a far better experience than the absolute joke observed in the Tate!
