As soon as I entered the Sleep Lab I was approached by a woman asking if I would need to speak with a sleep tech, it was busy, it was the last day of the "No Hitter" promotion. Within a few minutes Nancy Williams was there to help me find a new mattress. My experience at Jordans has always been great, this day was exceptional! They did not miss a beat and had me matched up to the correct mattress in no time. I have been in retail sales my entire life, this is the best well oiled machine I have ever experienced! Hats off to Jordans!!
