I was an early adopter way back using Project Pier (I think that was the name). Basecamp has helped our Agency leverage limited resources to do great things. The app and platform are so modular it can be used for any type of business or project. The UI is meticulous. All features are relevant. (i.e. To-dos, Message Board, Docs & Files, Schedule and your own digital HQ). I highly recommend.
