Been with this bank for a while and they are getting worst by the day. Its always a hit and miss with the Customer Service on the Citiphone, god help you if you get connected to the Collections Department.

They could at least be a bit more delicate with their words but nope. As far as being a long standing customer with no records of missing payments etc etc, don't count on getting anything out of it.

Just chose another bank. Don't take any of their services. It might be easy at first but it will come back to you later on as the WORST financial decision that you have ever done.
