I have been a BMW customer for seven years. My experience today and back May 11 2020, just does not sit well with me. I have a 2019 BMW x4 which was purchase brand new. My problem isn t the vehicle it s the personalities to maintain the vehicle. In my previous visit, prior to may 2020 were all Amazing I felt as if I was a valued customer. But since I have been refused service and had to walk to the back of the building to get loaner car. I wasn t advise either visit my car would be washed and moreover the attitude has been nonchalant to say the least. Now I haven t been specific through these experiences but thought an overall review of what has happened to me would be Sufficient.
