WOW! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!

My prosthetic broke (CHEAP design and quality) and I called the customer service line. A girl named "Ebony" answered the phone and was the rudest most arrogant customer service representative i have ever dealt with and she was arguing with me and was blaming me for their fault product!

I don't wish my worst enemy to ever deal with "Ebony" and her poor poor customer service skills. she needs to be retrained on everything or be fired
