Good Hotel! Its super comfortable rooms. The service in general very good! ... The air conditioning works perfectly, you turn it off and the room is still cold, I never thought that in Maracaibo it would be so cold. But that was excellent since they give it good maintenance, just as in their beds they have super good sheets that give an incredible warmth. You can not lose the lemon pie and the dusty of the sweet station that is in the Lobby, it is the best they have in the whole place.
