Long waiting times for luggage.
Baggage blocked band without passengers. Unreasonable for late passengers. Clearing off the luggage belt yourself so that new luggage can slide onto the belt. Despite promises, nothing happens. It is not worthy of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
