I leased my car three years ago from Carlsbad and wanted to return the car in one of the VW dealership in San Diego.
I called Mission Bay Volkswagen in the morning of 10/16/2020 to aske some question regarding paper work of lease return and the guy who took my call for that department was so rude and condescending over the phone because I was not planning to lease another car from them.
First he told me to return your car, where you got it from (with his sarcastic laugh). Then he mentioned don't over think about it and call us a day you want to return it.
Such a horrible customer service in that department and I don't recommend you this place.
