Be careful renting from the Ridge at Jonesboro. Someone in my family had a deposit on a unit and waiting to see it. Called several times, all paperwork had been signed (with HUD) and all deposits paid. Well they would not let her see the unit, and 9 days before she was to move in, they told her it was rented to someone else. They did not even bother calling her to let her know. She would have not know if she had not went to check on the apartment. Then they proceeded to take her to a very dirty and nasty apt. Said this is where she will be moving into. This is and elderly person. This is not how you get and keep tenants. This is very bad business!!!! I have had many years experience in the Apartment Industry,
I have never saw such unprofessional acts from a company.
