Went through Home Depot for carpeting, spoke with a customer service rep Asia, absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Had scheduling set up for the 21st of August was asked to be seen sooner and was told that instead of being installed on the 21st I was now bumped to the 29th. After asking her why, her response was to hang up the phone. Not only will I be cancelling the order, but I will tell every one I know to stay far away from this company.
