I experienced the absolute best care of my life during my overnight stay at CPRMC. From arrival to discharge, the entire staff of professionals went out of their way to make the patients feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of.
My nurses, (Sharon, Nancy and Deb) were the absolute best and were to attentive to me. They all played the role of support since none of my family could be present due to the virus. These ladies are very special. They are extremely well trained as RN s but go way beyond that and show sincere empathy and care for their patients. The surgery team was top shelf and each person involved with my surgery spent time with me explaining in detail what their role was, what I should expect and the desired outcome. My time was CPRMC was a 10/10 and I left there feeling like I had just spent a weekend at a nice spa. The team leaves no rock unturned and these essential workers make the patient the priority. These are the hero s of this pandemic and the team was super impressive. Thank you so much for helping to keep me safe and ensure I was set up for success!
