I give it 3 stars because the hotel staff was great and the room was always clean, but there was no coffee pot in the room and you have to pay for the coffee in the breakfast area which is over priced and tastes like it was swept off of the floor. Also the cable sucks. It just seemed like the stay was Disney's way of letting us know we were 2nd rate customers and would be accommodated at 2nd rate because we couldn't afford a suite. I get that they are in it for money but a Disney hotel should be just that for all who pay to stay there in my opinion. Also the mini fridge had a leg missing and would tumble when trying to open it.
