I recently had the pleasure of dining at Selma's Texas Barbecue and it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with the ribs being the highlight of my meal. They were perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The sauce was the perfect complement, adding a tangy and smoky kick. The sides were also exceptional, especially the mac and cheese. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend Selma's to all barbecue lovers!
