Absolutely NEVER use this company. They string you along until you are without AC for so long that you are forced to pay their emergency fees. I just waited 4 days in 95 degree weather and they just informed me my scheduled appointment has been moved to Monday. The manager actually informed me that my circumstances (how many children I have, 3 under the age of two and the weather being 95) doesn't change how they respond to situations because in their contract they can take as long as they like and call it "earliest available appointment" that's sleazy talk for we can make you wait as long as we like in 95 degree weather until you pay us more money. WORST EXPERIENCE
