Elite Associates are by far one of the poorest examples of a recruitment agency. I have no idea where their esteemed reputation comes from. The brands I worked for complained about the level of unprofessionalism from the staff at Elite and I myself was subject of a petty gossip item (something I very rarely subject my own self too) and was made to work 10 hour shifts and underpaid! The company likes to bully you into shifts that you can't commit to. For anyone considering it then I would advise you do your research first, I could think of better recruitment agencies to work for. The company is saturated in arrogance and a high level of pretentiousness which probably explains such a bad reputation from internal and external sources.
