This was the worst dining experience of my life. My wife and I have been coming for years and we have now a four-year-old son. We decided to bring him to share what we thought would be a great experience. All he wanted from the menu was tamago which is egg omelette. When the egg came it was cold as that is how they serve it but my four-year-old just wanted it heated up a little bit. Every person at the restaurant from the server to the manager absolutely refused to heat up the egg for my toddler. I was about to spend well over $300 at this restaurant and they couldn t find it somewhere in their hearts to Heat up the Egg for my boy. They told me it would affect the quality of the egg and the consistency. My response was my full-year-old is not a food critic he just wants his eggie heated up a bit so he can eat with his parents. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had at a restaurant And would tell anyone who is listening not to give these people a penny of your money.
