I have been here for 3 days now, this resort is accommodating, clean and professional. I think some of these comments complaining about rooms or staff are over indulgent. The staff is kind, attentive and always ready to help.

The food is good for an all inclusive resort. You will not get 5 star food in a mass serving setting. Drinks are the same - great for mass bar settings but maybe just good on the outside.

One suggestion would be to fix your ice. It has too much air in it and as such melts quickly watering down drinks.
