Came to Philly for my nephews engagement party. Had a mix up about using the family discount and the rooms but a situation that could have turned very negative was handled with such professionalism by Elisavet Loizos, Operations Manager. Krunal Parilch was our front desk clerk also polite and professional who got Ms. Loizos involved after the situation with our rooms. We got the two rooms we needed plus the unexpected 3rd at a very acceptable price. We were all very grateful for her assistance. I will always recommend Marriott and utilize the services when in need of lodging.Thanks for being our welcoming home away from home for our stay in Philly.
