The billing officer (Cuban aviation) charged me what he wanted for the bike and I kept the money for him. Nor did he receive me.
The currency exchange to go did not give me receipt when I asked for it I realized that money was missing when I asked for it I refused but the numbers do not lie I had to insist to give it to me.
It is a shame that people behave like this gives a bad impression of such a rich country.
