I have never felt more disrespected in my life! I just moved to the area so I have not had a chance to change my address on my drivers license and all my bills are electronic, so when I tried to get a library card, the lady carol or Cheryl was so rude and told me that I couldn't have one. She wouldn't take my electric bill that I had online as proof of residence. This made me feel unwelcome to the community. I also voted not two days ago in the same parking lot. I felt so disrespected and unwanted I left crying. As a graduate student looking for a quiet place to study, I was excited to go- but I don't know if I will ever be back.
