Took my dog for a sedated nail trim today which I was quoted for $152. When they call to let me know pick up time, they told me the price would be 177$ due to adding anti-sedation reversal. When I asked for the break down of the prices because I was confused about the up charge they told me they didn t even need the anti-reversal sedation. They told me to pick up my dog at 5:30. I got there on time and called to let them know I was ready for pick up ( due to COVID-19 protocol), I sat in my car for an hour and called them back asking if they were going to bring him out or what?! They have lack of communication with eachother as well as with their customers. I will not be going back to this establishment.
