Because our room was not available at check in because we were a little early, we arrived in the room around two in the morning. In the room it was 29 degrees according to the thermostat, and there didn't seem to be an air conditioner. The windows were also not opened. I think it was at most 25 degrees that day, it seems reasonable to me that they can still cool the rooms under those circumstances. When I noticed the next morning when checking out that I didn't think this was normal temperature to sleep in, I was casually informed that this room was in the sun all day ... The room itself was ok, although the bathroom floor was been bitten by some things, but luckily it seemed to be clean. The shampoo in the shower was on and the minis were no longer sealed. All in all I thought the service was sloppy for a 4 star hotel.
