I was recruited and wanted to try it out for a week. So I chose the delivery for a week and stopped the delivery for the following period. After three weeks I was charged 39.90 euros for a new delivery and when I called the customer service immediately they said I had reactivated the delivery. However, this was definitely not the case. I have complained several times by email and also by phone. Every time I received information that I was responsible and that I could have canceled the delivery in good time. But I hadn't ordered anything! I was not helped, I was rubbed off and the money was not returned. I couldn't use the products at all because I wasn't even at home this week. As long as you are not yet a customer, the customer service is good, as soon as there is a problem, you get rid of and have to pay. In my opinion, this is punishable by law, but filing a complaint of 39.90 will not be done. This is obviously expected. Very pity and very annoying the whole thing. I recommend leaving your fingers out. There are certainly providers who act more customer-friendly.
