As a former sport bike rider that just made the switch to Harley I had some questions about a minor issue with my nightrod. The guys that I spoke to at
Blackridge were very helpful and patient explaining what the most common issue could be, a gasket and breather hose (in stock!) and I'm back up enjoying the new ride. This is by far the best service I've ever had with a dealership....it's so great to see a business that cares about their customers and not just the bottom line. They could have easily just told me to book the bike for a service but instead tried to help diagnose what was a simple fix. Really appreciate this place as they really seem to care about how they treat their customers and that makes customers for life.
