For Paying almost $470 I would have expected more...

For Paying almost $470 I would have expected more for my money. You have to pay $16 a night for parking and its on a corner street building. Room service only seems to come from the restaurant downstairs and they keep snacks in the Room but don't tell you the price but will charge your card on file.. So unless you're wanting to order things off an actual menu don't expect Room service to bring up little snacks are small things to eat. Staff is not very informative but are friendly enough. There is no hot tub or pool in here. And the Room was not exactly up to a standard for what you're paying for. Even took pictures of some things that seemed very problematic... Finger prints left on a mirror and the tissue Box in the bathroom look like they just shoved a bunch back in there instead of removing one's, There's even some red hard water all over the tub suggesting it hasn't been cleaned properly. The walls seem very thin so you hear a lot with rooms next to you and the view seems to only overlook the parking lot in most rooms. I could have paid less than $200 for the same quality that this hotel brings, and there is no complimentary breakfast or microwave in the Room so don't expect to heat up any leftovers you may bring. Luckily we leave tomorrow and not happy customers either.
