I understand being busy and behind, but it's 1am. We ordered a 12 sackful. THAT IS IT. We've already paid and was told to pull ahead, they were cooking ours. We've been sitting here for OVER 30 MINS. We even drove back around and asked if they forgot us? "No, ma'am. We are just behind". There was one truck in front of us and they've already left w their food. One car behind us, ALSO STILL WAITING. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. And not one person has came out w ANYTHING.***JUST FYI:: STAFF WAS SUPER NICE...JUST SUPER SLOW, AT DRIVE THRU!*** Sorry. Will stick to the Krystal closer to home, from now on!
