I could rate this business zero star if I could. Their agent will keep bothering you to inform and request to tour your room's next potential tenant since 10 months before your lease ends!!! 10 MONTHS!!! When you have concerns about your room safety as the agent took so many different people to tour your room, her first response is asking the tenant yourself showing up when they are giving out the tour! WTF! Regardless the concerns such as theft, damage, crimes and etc, I will be happy to show up if the agent can pay me 200 bucks for each time visit, it equals to my hourly rate and fair enough.
