If you are thinking about applying for Uber vehicl...

If you are thinking about applying for Uber vehicles at this location, DON'T.
The manager, Jason Tootle is very unknowledgeable about the uber process and even more misinformed about leasing vehicles. Jason Tootle, the manager, undoubtedly requires additional training in the products they sell, providing customer service, multitasking in high and low volume industries, time management, prioritization and organization.

I ultimately had to manage his station for him to collect the information and documentation I needed to complete the transaction. Jason Tootle is not qualified for this position. My experience is as follows:

1. After insurance was handled, mainly the only thing left was the contract which Jason stated he was going to print. This took him (1 hour) to complete while intermittently pondering around the building.

2. Jason instructed me to go look at the now leased vehicle while he finishes printing the contract. I Come back in less than (10 minutes), and he is nowhere to be found. After a (30 minutes) wait I simply asked someone else to assist me and complete his work for him until he came back. Tam suggested he give me a call once the manager Jason Tootle returns for the remaining signatures needed.I left outside of the building (1 hour) and received no calls from Tam due to no sightings of Jason Tootle.

3. While Jason was spotted socializing at the company popcorn station making fresh popcorn for himself for (30 minutes), I had to ask for someone else again to finish doing Jason's' job. At this point all I needed was the unstapled packet on his side of the uber desk.

4. I called the next day to verify the process has been started, Jason Tootle is unreachable and cannot be located by anyone I could get to answer the phone. However, after extensive digging(1hour), I verified that Jason Tootle did not even begin processing any information on the car (not in the system) even after Jason stated this will be done by the end of the business day.
