Called them asking about concrete removal. The woman on the phone was HIGHLY unprofessional. Very short, rude, and even took it upon herself to curse me on the phone when I asked why she didn t lead with we re booked until June , which would have saved the course of the entire conversation. I should have expected something of the sorts given all the negative reviews prior.
