I think the location is very good for skiing and trekking purposes.
Room was twin beds, but was very large and comfortable compared with so-called business hotel. The bath and the toilet were separate. The bath in the room is also spacious and I think even adults can extend their legs. One point was that there was no outlet near the bed and it was inconvenient to charge the mobile phone.

Breakfast was buffet style. The menu was so delicious that it was so easy to overtake. However, I would recommend rice rather than bread.
