We had Aqua-Man Water Softner/Reverse Osmosis systems installed during the build of our new Texas Hill Country Home. Perfect timing for installation. The system was strongly recommended by our Builder. Upon arrival from Illinois, our first Aqua-Man visit was with representative Brad Hix. Brad called prior to arrival to ensure our appointment was still good for us,, very considerate of Brad. He arrived with a 'Welcome to Texas", an envelope of system documentation and completed warranties and a box full of wonderful 'Pure & Gentle' brand cleaning/personal eco-friendly products to use in our home. Brad thoroughly and simply explained our systems and answered all our questions with a smile. We moved in 12/18/19 and really see/taste the difference in our drinking water. The technology behind their systems are 'state of the art' where the soft water is not too soft as initial use of salt is depleted. We are grateful to our Builder for recommending Aqua-Man. Their warranty proved to us they have an excellent product and Brad made us feel that any of our questions/concerns would be immediately addressed anytime we contacted them.
