I purchased a townhome in Raintree Manor last Sept...

I purchased a townhome in Raintree Manor last September. I love the area and the well established neighborhood. Like many places in Florida...sink holes are a part of life. Gratefully, the grounds are very stable..even more so than years ago.
The management company, especially Chris..is very responsive when work orders are placed.
I am just having my first concern regarding our pool area. I am sure the work order will be addressed..as every previous work order I placed was taken care of immediately.
