I was car shopping and they were more than accommodating. I got an overnight test drive. When I returned the car I let them know I had found a car somewhere else. They did not try to bad mouth any other dealers or pressure me to buy at Long MacArthur. They wished me luck and asked me to consider them when I was looking for my next car.
