I have been with New Reach for a year through their Rapid Rehousing Program. My case manager was Sue and let me tell you she was amazing! You can tell that she really cares for the people she works with and it shows. She was always there to answer and questions or concerns that I had and was very knowledgeable. If she didn't know she said that but she would find out and get back to me. I truly appreciate everything she and the program did for my family.
