Let me start out by saying that the facility staff was extremely friendly. I, however, think there is a management problem.

The rooms showed many signs of deferred maintenance. From no towels in the room at check-in, the running toilet, the non-working phone, to the "pre-locked" safe, we were late to start our vacation as we waited over 30 minutes for the safe to be opened (to store our valuables) and a new phone to be delivered to our room. I must say, however, that the staff member that came to help was apologetic and did his best to address the issue the best he could, by himself.

We stayed for a couple of nights, but the room cleaning consisted of merely changing one of the garbage cans and moving on. They didn't clean, vacuum, change towels, clean up old towels left on the floor, or make the beds.

The waterpark was fantastic, but didn't quite make up for the rest of the stay. My advice, is to stay at the hotel next door and stop at the water park between theme park visits!
