This is by far the worst experience I have had with an airline and I have been traveling frequently for years. First, we missed our flight because agent Tania Pimentel sent us to print our passes on board in an internet cafe as their equipment could not read those on our phones. We arrived 1:15 before our national flight and she informed us that we could have paid an additional fee to print them on site only when it was too late to do so. When it came to changing the flight, the agent Desirel Villa acted with a lack of professionalism when I asked him to call his supervisor. Plus, the price for the next flight was double what we paid for a round trip. Then, when we wanted to make our registration by internet, we had seats allocated completely opposite. After contacting their customer service, they informed us that we still had to pay an additional fee in order to choose them. This company only thinks of making money from all means and is by no means present for its customers. By far the worst customer service. I do not recommend anyone to do business with viva air. I will never pass this company before Avianca.
