Ordered a car for a pick up in hospital, waited 40...

Ordered a car for a pick up in hospital, waited 40min and after I call back to ask where is the car I've been told it had been cancelled. And when I asked why they didnt come the operator said "well u asked question and I just gave u an answer". Very rude and unprofessional!!!!
