My arrival experience was good since I was arriving from another EU country, the departure there s a long queue on each stop point, staff are kind of friendly compared to other airports, they had duty free market before passport which if I was a shoppoholics i would probably miss my flight because again the queue for passport is long and the waiting time could be long.
