I have given this beautiful mall 4 stars because majority of the security guards and service people don t communicate well in English. Some are constantly on their personal devices.
The staff at the shop and drop are very attentive and so are the ones at the Zabeel.
My favourite places to visit are Casa Pons, Eataly, Paul s and the Fashion Avenue.
There is a lot of walking to do however the services offered by Emaar are enormous. Begin your visit by downloading the app and linking your Emirates Rewards. You can scan your receipts to get points.
The app let s you mark your favourite places and helps you navigate to the store of your choice. That is extremely helpful.
They do have free Wi-Fi but I haven t used it so cannot give you a feedback.
I haven t been to this mall in years. The service used to be exemplary but now it s okay.
Tons of places to eat and tons to do. Have lunch at five guys if you want to be close to the fountain and see the afternoon dancing fountain show.
There s stuff to do for the entire family. Ice Skating, Arcade, Aquarium, just a few of them. Don t forget to get some Bukhoor before you go home and don t forget to visit Burj Khalifa. Easy access to the metro.
