I love GHF and the option of three different centers as well as the variety of classes. Today, I was planning on doing spin class. As I walked into the spin room, it felt like a sauna. Literally, it was cooler OUTSIDE than in that room. Condensation (from the heat) was all over the windows and the floor was all gross, wet and slippery. I knew I couldn't survive the full 50 minutes in that environment, so I choose to do 60 minutes on the new Matrix treadmills upstairs. Dennis is an awesome spin instructor, so I hated to not do his class. The AC issues in the cycle room seem to be pretty on-going; unfortunately.
