I am very disappointed what happened with ADT serv...

I am very disappointed what happened with ADT service. ADT had sent a fire department to our store twice in a week, because the smoke detector won't stop ringing without any smoke. ADT installed that smoke detector, which was expired, in our bathroom just one year ago. We needed to relocate and reinstall with new one but, ADT charged us for these service and new smoke detector! I tried to talk with customer service which took an hour though many different department. And, then, we also got penalty charge from the city, and inspection for upgrade in store. I really found their poor technical knowledge and careless for customers. If you would like to have a security service, I am not recommend this company at all.
