Contacted the "Mortgage Man" within about 10 days of needing to renew my mortgage. Scotia Bank was not providing the rate or help that we needed.

I was skeptical that we could get a deal done that would meet my needs and free up some much needed capital.

Mark and his team surpassed all our expectations and had a deal set up, at a great rate, with time to spare.
