By fate, my husband and I met Romeo during a weekend open house he was hosting. We found Romeo to be friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable and instantly knew he was going to be our realtor (note, we had met many other realtors before and none of which gave us the good vibes Romeo had given us!). Romeo quickly provided us with listings that suited our needs and he very quickly was able to schedule us private showings. Romeo is very, very responsive in any way that you might expect. He picks up calls, answers emails and texts quickly, and is always quick to get if you have a question. We found that Romeo really knew the local areas (and beyond) and was helpful in answering questions and processing our pros and cons of every house. Romeo is also knowledgeable about constructions and heating and cooling systems which my husband and I did not know. Romeo was also quick to point out serious issues with houses which made us feel like we could really trust that he had our best interests in mind.

Romeo was patient and helped us look at many houses before we started making offers on our favorites. Once we found our dream home we found that Romeo was willing to negotiate and work with all involved parties in our best interest. Romeo was there every step of the way from looking for houses all the way to closing day. We are so appreciative we found him!

It is so important to find a realtor you can really trust and is responsive to your needs. Romeo is our guy! If you are looking for your "Romeo Oh Romeo" look no further, he is your guy! We cannot thank him enough for helping us find (and secure) our dream house!
