My husband and I bought our new Honda Civic Hatchback from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Cerritos after visiting 2 other dealerships who did not meet our expectations. We worked with Tom Mac and Jeff Aoki who delivered us excellent customer service, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable in our decision-making through the car-buying process. We never felt pressured to get an extra accessory or get something we didn't need or want. We even had to leave Sunday afternoon due to a commitment with our family and come back Monday morning to complete the sale - and Tom was completely understanding! Tom was waiting for us Monday morning at 8:15 ready to go with the paperwork, the car washed, and made everything really easy. I would recommend this dealership, Tom, and Jeff, our business manager, to anyone. We had the best experience.

I've been along time member of the Honda family - previously buying everything from Honda of Concord in NC, but this is the first time I've bought on the West Coast; I've certainly found my new Honda home in my new home!
