PWD left a dirt pile in front of our apartment building! Please come and get the DIRT PILE WITH 2 PWD PILONS IN FRONT OF IT. IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR 3MONTHS!! I WILL SEND YOU EMAILS EVERYDAY AND CALL RELENTLESSLY AND I WILL VISIT YOUR OFFICE REPEATEDLY. You turn off water service to a building that is slated for demolition and you covered and paved the hole, BUT LEFT A PILE OF DIRT AND NEVER CAME BACK TO CLEAN IT UP.
