A big, big shout out and thank you to Maria. We had customers visiting our company from overseas and needed to give a small presentation to them using a t.v. on very short notice. Even though Upstream's areas were pretty much already reserved and they had no extra servers available, Maria was able to work magic and offered us an area with the t.v. so we could have the presentation. She went above and beyond to help us out when she could have just said they had nothing available. We ended up not needing the area and had the presentation at the hotel, but took our customers to Upstream afterwards for food and drinks. Maria showed us unbeatable customer service, which is not something you will get from every company. They have made a loyal customer out of us and have our highest recommendations to anyone looking for a conference area or a restaurant with great food/drinks and superior service!!!
