I found a house in Ringwood that was just right for my family. My realtor called Annmarie Garcia to see it since she was the listing broker. We were told to wait 4 days until the first open house. At the open house, Annmarie was rude and unhelpful. We submitted a full list price offer that night because we were closing on our home in one month. When my realtor tried to reach her, she told him to stop calling her because she was busy. On Monday night, after 9 pm she emailed him that the owners needed until the morning to decide. Then she didn't return calls all day on Tues. she finally told us that there was another offer. The next day, she said we were in a bidding war. We submitted an offer and had to wait a full day longer to find out that they went with another buyer. We believe that Annmarie was unprofessional and very rude. We were very qualified buyers who had been through a lot already. She disrespected us and broke our trust in realtors.
